Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX) and Discover
  • Shopify Pay (powered by Stripe)
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay

Please note: Apple Pay will only appear when using Safari on iOS or macOS and when you are signed into your Apple Pay account.

UK Delivery

We offer free UK delivery on all RUFFNEK® products – no minimum order required.

FREE UK Delivery – Royal Mail 48 (Semi-Tracked)
Usually arrives within 3–5 working days

If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade at checkout:

Express UK Delivery – Royal Mail 24 (Semi-Tracked)
Usually arrives within 1–2 working days

Orders are dispatched before midday Mon-Fri.

Isle of Man, Jersey & Guernsey

These locations are treated as separate countries at checkout. Please select the correct destination (not “United Kingdom”) so your postcode is recognised and your order can be processed correctly.

Delivery Information

Royal Mail aim to deliver within the timeframes above, however delivery times are not guaranteed and may occasionally vary depending on your local delivery service.

Deliveries are made on working days (Monday to Friday), and exclude Bank Holidays. Please allow a little extra time during busy periods such as Easter, Black Friday and Christmas. 

Urgent Orders

If your order is urgent, you can select Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Working Day or Saturday Guaranteed Delivery at checkout.

European Delivery

Due to Brexit-related complexities, we are currently unable to ship orders to Europe.
If this changes, we will update this page.

International Delivery

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand
A flat international rate is applied at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your RUFFNEK®, however if you wish to return an item, please see the details below.

Returns

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unworn
  • in its original packaging
  • in a resaleable condition

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email and process your refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take a few working days to appear, depending on your provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card provider
  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We are happy to replace items that are faulty or damaged.

We can also exchange unwanted designs, provided they are:

  • unworn
  • returned in original packaging
  • in resaleable condition

If your item is faulty, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. We may provide a returns envelope or refund your return postage.

Important

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend obtaining proof of postage (free from Royal Mail)
  • For items over £25, consider using a tracked service or insurance

We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
