Payment Methods
We accept the following express payment methods on our website; PayPal; Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX) and Discover credit cards. We also accept ShopifyPay (Powered by Stripe), Apple Pay and GooglePay.
Please note: You will only see the Apple Pay option when you visit our store using Safari on iOS 10 or MacOS Sierra. You will also need to be actively signed into your Apple Pay account.
If you are unsure which payment method to use, or are having difficulties paying, then please do get in touch and we will be happy to assist.

UK DELIVERY
We offer low-cost UK delivery on all RUFFNEK® products.
• Royal Mail 24 (RM24) – £2.40 (1–2 working days)
• FREE RM24 First Class when you buy 2 or more items (automatically applied at checkout)
Orders are dispatched before midday.
Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey Customers
These locations are treated as separate countries at checkout. Please select the correct destination from the drop-down menu (not “United Kingdom”) so your postcode is recognised and your order can be processed correctly.
ROYAL MAIL UPDATE
Following regulatory changes in July 2025, Royal Mail now delivers RM48, 2nd Class and other non-1st Class letters on a rotating schedule (typically Monday, Wednesday, Friday and then Tuesday, Thursday) over a two-week cycle, and no longer on Saturdays. Please allow extra time during busy seasonal periods.
If your order is urgent, you can choose RM24, or Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Working Day or Saturday Guaranteed for premium delivery.
EUROPEAN DELIVERY
Due to Brexit-related complexities, we are currently unable to ship orders to Europe.
If the situation changes, we will update our policy. Thank you for your understanding.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We ship to Australia, New Zealand & Canada. A flat international rate is applied at checkout.
Returns
We are confident that you will love your new RUFFNEK® scarf, however if for any reason you wish to return it then you may do so by following the details below;
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and within the original packaging you received it in, and in a re saleable condition.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and will process your refund straight away.
Your credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your payment method this may take a few working days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We will replace items that are defective/damaged with our apologies and are happy to exchange an unwanted designs with another pattern, only if they have been unworn and folded back in the original packaging for re sale purposes.
We do our best to check the quality of our orders but there may be an occasion where a few have printing defects and have slipped passed quality control. If this does occur then please do contact us, we may ask you to send it back, and we will send you a replacement right away with our apologies, we will either send you a return envelope or will refund you for the return postage. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please mark clearly your name and order number so we can locate your order to refund you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. It is advisable that you obtain proof of postage from the post office (this is free of charge with Royal Mail) as we can not be held responsible for items lost in the post.
If you are returning an item over £25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
